KonniePaw sells one-time digital Premium access for the selected paid period: 31 days or 1 year. No physical delivery is provided: access is activated in the user's account after successful payment. There are no automatic renewals or recurring charges.

1. General provisions

This public offer is an official proposal by the seller to conclude an agreement for paid digital access to the KonniePaw online service at https://konniepaw.space.

The agreement is concluded when the user accepts this offer by registering, selecting a paid plan, clicking the payment button, making payment or otherwise clearly expressing consent to the terms.

The Russian version of this offer is legally binding. The English version is provided for convenience.

2. Terms and parties

Seller: Leyla Faigovna Gurbanova, self-employed individual, professional income tax payer, TIN 246218714100.

User / Customer: an individual who uses the website and/or purchases paid digital access.

Service: KonniePaw, an online learning service with games, spaced repetition, a library, calendar, task tools and related digital features.

Digital access: the right to use paid KonniePaw features during the purchased access period through the user's account.

3. Subject of the agreement

The seller provides the user with digital access to KonniePaw Premium for the selected paid period, and the user pays the one-time access price.

No physical goods are sold. No delivery of physical goods is provided. Access is provided online in the user's account.

4. Plans, functions and price

Free Limited set of games, calendar with limits, library up to 10 files and basic learning tools.
Premium, 31 days All games are open, calendar, library storage up to 5 GB and 10 AI generations per day. Base price 500 ₽ for 31 days; new users get a start discount of 250 ₽ that stays while the subscription remains continuous (6 months in a row locks 250 ₽ for another 6 months; if the streak breaks, the regular 500 ₽ returns).
Premium 1 Year Same Premium features for 365 days, including library storage up to 5 GB, plus price-growth protection for the paid year. Price 3000 ₽ for 1 year (≈250 ₽/mo) — the loyal price right away, without a streak.

The current plan functions and price are shown on the Premium page before payment. The seller may change future prices, but the paid period already purchased remains active until its end.

5. Access period and no automatic charges

Premium is a one-time purchase of digital access for the selected period: 31 calendar days or 1 year. The payment is not recurring.

There are no automatic renewals or automatic charges. To continue Premium after the paid period ends, the user makes a new payment manually.

6. Payment and access activation

Payment is processed via Robokassa. After successful payment, digital access is activated in the user's account on the website.

If access is not activated automatically due to a technical issue, the user should contact support and provide the account email and payment details sufficient to identify the payment.

7. Receipts

Fiscal receipt data is sent through Robokassa during payment, and KonniePaw sends a payment confirmation to the email specified during registration or payment from the no-reply address after the payment is received.

8. Refunds

A refund request may be submitted within 24 hours after payment to elenasvengur@gmail.com. Refunds are processed to the original payment method where technically possible.

No refund is provided for an expired access period. If the user violates the terms of use or uses the service unlawfully, the seller may restrict access according to the terms.

9. User content and AI materials

The user is responsible for materials uploaded or entered into KonniePaw and must not use the service to store or distribute unlawful content or content that violates third-party rights.

AI-generated tasks and explanations, if available, are learning aids. The user should review generated materials before relying on them.

10. Availability and changes

The seller makes reasonable efforts to keep the service available but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. Technical work, failures of third-party providers and force majeure circumstances may affect availability.

The seller may update the service, add or remove functions, and amend this offer by publishing a new version on the website.

11. Personal data

Personal data is processed according to the privacy policy published on the website. Payment card data is processed by Robokassa and is not stored by KonniePaw.

12. Disputes and law

This offer and the agreement are governed by the laws of the Russian Federation. The parties first try to resolve disputes by contacting support. If no agreement is reached, disputes are resolved according to applicable law.
